What is Acall Desk?

Acall Desk is a full suite of desk booking software which includes Acall Desktop, the Acall web portal and Acall Mobile (available on both App Store and Play Store). Our solution help space owners/managers (e.g. hybrid companies, shared offices, co-working spaces) manage the booking and occupancy of their seats and spaces.

  • The Acall web portal is where most things are done – from making reservations to checking in to viewing occupancy and more.
  • The Acall Mobile app is used to reserve desks, book meeting rooms, and check in at a physical spot where a QR code may be available for local check-in.
  • Acall Desktop enables you to easily view your co-workers’ work hours and locations to find the best time and place to work. Acall Desktop is required for WiFi check-in.
